Utah~ Senate Bill 42 was just passed

Great information on short sales in Utah~ Senate Bill 42 was just passed!

A bill that places a THREE-MONTH LIMIT ON LENDERS WHO WANT TO PURSUE A DEFICIENCY JUDGMENT FOLLOWING A SHORT SALE. Prior to the bill's enactment, lenders could wait up to six years before going after borrowers for any unpaid mortgage balances.
