Great information on short sales in Utah~ Senate Bill 42 was just passed!

A bill that places a THREE-MONTH LIMIT ON LENDERS WHO WANT TO PURSUE A DEFICIENCY JUDGMENT FOLLOWING A SHORT SALE. Prior to the bill's enactment, lenders could wait up to six years before going after borrowers for any unpaid mortgage balances.

Are you haveing a hard time finding things to do for your kiddos? What things have you found helpful that you are willing to share. Here are some helpful links and resources I have come across. I hope you find these helpful in your homes. These are recommend for ages K-12. Although my toddler is pretty bright and loves some of these.Quarantine is normal for me especially in the winter as I work from home and have a 3 yr old toddler who definelty keeps me on the run with multi tasking. But I found you have to break things up a bit to stay sane if you know what I mean. If you try any of these please let me know what you loved or what you found helpful.
